"Great location to Gruene and it's on the river! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I found one small spider so the rooms need to be treated for insects. Coffee maker should be with frig not in the bathroom! Window seals need cleaning and the outdoor bulb needs a cover. Front desk area is sloppy and needs and nice clean eye for the guest. Right now it looks like a teenagers room. The walls had nice new paint but needed more paintings or something decorative in the bare walls. For the price...

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Dilworth! The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was great. A great place to kick back and relax. We took in several historic sites and local restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!"
