You shouldn't expect a lot for how inexpensive it is, but overall it is not bad, especially if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the motel during your stay. Air conditioning works fine. Surprisingly quiet, especially considering that it is right on the expressway and next to a truck stop, so no problem sleeping at night. 13 minutes from the airport, probably about the same to downtown. There is a diner and a Mexican fast food place right next door. They have a small pool and they do maintain it (I saw the pool guy at work). I gave it three stars for all the specific items, but four stars overall for value.

They were reasonably clean. - I had a late-night check-in and couldn’t find any power sockets in my room. When I went to find the concierge to ask them, no one was available for more than 30 minutes, so I gave up. - found a roach in the room

The hotel was really nice. There was plenty of parking and the property was clean. The pool was within walking distance and they also allowed me to barbecue on the property. It's understandable that they did not want me to barbecue by their swimming pool but being able to barbecue at a hotel with good enough for me. The people were kind and staff constantly working to make customers happy. Thank you for a wonderful weekend that I enjoyed with my girls on Labor Day.
