Romm gets cleaned every other week. We stayed 5 days and had no maid service. This is a long stay, apartment like location. Foam mattress and metal bedframe were not comfortable at all. Staff was nice.

Had never stayed at a hotel like this, first time ever. I was a little iffy about staying here, once I read the reviews was more at easy. The hotel is in a good area, close to mostly everything. Our room was very clean. Had never seen a staff so hands on like here. Saw a staff cleaning even the workout equipment from top to bottom. Very clean hotel. No breakfast but that’s okay. They have a coffee machine with variety of coffees which was very good coffee. Sadly we only got to enjoy one day. The rest of the 2 days, small cups that would over spill. They didnt have the right cups. Front receptionist could have been nicer and wasn’t very nice. Over all loved our stay a very clean hotel!!!

We booked here for 4 days for a baseball tournament. They have clean rooms with no carpet, which was a plus. Kitchenette and full size refrigerator were also a plus, however, I wish they had listed on the details that no pans or cooking utensils were provided so I could have taken mine. If you make a reservation here for multiple days, make sure you take cookware, extra dish soap and paper towels/napkins. They don't do daily sweeping or take out trash, but your are able to borrow a broom from the front desk. I got to use the laundry room that was card operated, so that was easier for us. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Overall, we had a good stay at LivAway Suites Austin San Marcos. I booked three rooms, and I was very happy with how clean the rooms were. The A/C worked great and kept the rooms really cold, which was especially nice in the Texas heat. The location was also a big plus for us since we were only a few minutes away from the river. There were a few things that could definitely be improved. Each of our rooms had less than a full roll of toilet paper, and there were very limited toiletries provided—just one small bar of soap and a very tiny bottle of shampoo. There also seemed to be only one ice machine in the entire building, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel was lacking in amenities compared to what I normally expect from a hotel stay. The cleanliness, cold A/C, and convenient location near the river were definitely the highlights. With a little more attention to basic room supplies and amenities, the experience could be much better.
