Fantastic experience and lovely staff who could not be more helpful. Good restaurant and breakfast was decent. Noisy on the Saturday night due to a wedding. Not great when i was up at five am for flight home...

The room was small but that’s the Ibis signature I guess. I personally have a different connection with Ibis since when I was an Indigo flight attendant 6 years back, we used to stay in Ibis alot on layovers. The stay was amazing. We had an urgent meeting and our hotel (that we originally booked) cancelled on us last minute so we needed another stay at 11 am. The original checkin time was 2 Pm. We called 3 good properties in Gurgaon, no one agreed to providing early check in option but luckily...

Was great

This was our first stay here and despite a short stay before our flight next morning, we felt at home thanks to extremely courteous and friendly staff who made us felt at home. They had a really beautiful and elegant baby crib for our son who had fallen asleep already along the way and continued sleeping after transfer. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one and we are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended!

The Reception area is excellent. There are no facility to rome around or for children

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

One of the best property in Gurgaon, rooms are very luxurious and comfortable, staff was very supportive and most importantly property location is just near to Medanta Hospital. They have many engagement things in the property like TT table, gym, cafeteria and more. Highly recommended to everyone.

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

A typical airport hotel but a little expensive according to Indian standards. Very clean and staff were highly professional.

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on.
