Fantastic hotel and staff team. Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Well located for local restaurants etc. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

The Reception area is excellent. There are no facility to rome around or for children

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Good service and understanding

My time at the Excellency Zen Suites was very good. The staff were super friendly! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature. They have a in room fully equipped kitchen which makes me surprised with this kind of unique and lovely room . They also provide food services in their hotel The food was also delicious. Would definitely come back.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

Its just well made and approachable

Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. Friendly hotel

Excellent facilities, very pleased with staff interaction.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

If you want a hotel that has all of the staff bowing and scraping before you ... they would probably blow your own nose given half a chance, then this the place for you. If you have more more money than sense and want to be obscenely pampered, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend a voyeuristic day looking at the opulence of the place and the at the over indulged guests, many of whom do not seem to have any idea how bizarre it all is, then this is the place for you. ...

Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was.
