Hotel Theodore
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone was super friendly and we really liked this hotel. It felt safe, clean and close to everything. We didn’t love the restaurant and only had mediocre service. Otherwise, loved everything! "
"It was a great place for me to stay. Close to King Street Station, the harbor, many shopping areas with in a mile. Many food options around the hotel. As I noted the hotel was clean and inviting I felt safe Appreciated key card access elevator to the guest room area and the in room safe. "
"The staff is superb. Communication before, during and after is excellent. Everyone was helpful and very understanding when we needed to stay another night because our airline flight was canceled. Location is a convenient walk to major Seattle attractions."
"The room and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was super comfortable our 4 th time here and we are never disappointed. The staff also was friendly and helpful "
"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. She provided excellent customer service & put us in a different unit. She kept following up & was great. Even though Berlin Wall was a step up from Wall Street, it still does not look as nice as the photos. They do some great tweaks on the photos making everything look vibrant. All the furniture is old, not in good shape, pillows are flat & feel like they are 10 years old, mattresses are hard, I tossed & turned every night, sheets are rough and dull, old towels. So many updates they need to do. Living room furniture looks nice in photos but in person the furniture looks awful. I do interior design & these properties need a lot of attention. The kitchens are nice, but that is all. I do not recommend these properties. "
