"This is a very basic room. Clean enough but only big enough for the two beds. It was clean but for $800+ for three nights it had no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room and no housekeeping while we were there apparently that only happens every three days. I would not stay there again."

"An old hotel that was being refurbished but not so well. Room very plain. Bathroom sink stopper had no adjustment rod, laminate floors in bathroom were starting to crack. No complimentry bottled water,only 1 tiny shampoo bottle. Very strange access to our 3rd floor room. After entering hotel,use elevator to 3rd flr which takes you outside to 3rd flr hotel porch then security door to enter 3rd floor rooms.(no stairs between elevator and 3rd floor security door to rooms.) However, once inside 3rd flr hallways to all rooms and access to emergency stairs on opposite side of hotel. Breakfast ok but not many choices. Continental breakfast. Would not choose this place next time."

"The term resort should be removed from the name of the hotel. Every area needs repair and updates. The pool was murky and a shade of green. Many of the pool/lounge chairs were coming apart. As we were leaving, there was a needle and syringe in the parking spot next to us."

"Room was clean but air conditioner was ineffective. Room was really old with some tiles coming out. Overall it was extremely disappointing."

"The room was great with a separate living area with microwave and mini fridge. The pool, hot tub and on site bar/restaurant were very nice and we used them all. The breakfast was a very nice spread of a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, great place to stay."

"Wonderful “Prickly Pear” resort. Beautiful casitas with fireplace and balcony. The grounds were amazing to walk along the Nature Trails in the mornings and although I do not play golf…the greens were worth photographing. The staff and the golf carts were amazing….food at 2 of their restaurants were excellent. Pool was clean and great view with the boulders and waterfall. Our stay was exceptional!"
