"The rooms are nice and the restaurant on the lower ground is excellent. The elevators are terrible. I waited 7 mins for an elevator on the 14th floor. When it arrived it was packed. I them walked down 10 floors for breakfast. Breakfast lines are long. There is no bottled water in the room and when I was there none in the lobby shop"
