"We arrived only to discover I had never noticed an email which was supposed to give us access. No answer on their phone line, no check in desk, a biker bar and a crack den across the street. Called again and told them I was canceling because my wife felt completely unsafe, only time I've done that in 67 years. The parking lot looked like a staging area for a chop shop. "
