They allowed us to checkin early and when our plans changed and we needed to leave one night early they refunded us the night which was very appreciated. The sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable but the floor plan is a little odd. One has to enter the bedroom to use the only bathroom.

Excellent stay! There was a hiccup at check-in but it was resolved instantly. We loved loft 310 so much that we extended another night. If ever in Memphis again, the Stallion will be my first choice!

The people above my room were very loud and stomping around through out the nights I stayed there other than that it was a very pleasant and peaceful place to sit back and relax and enjoy the beauty of Memphis

Overall very spacious place. All basic necessities provided like coffee, creamer, lotion, just anything extra. Extremely quick, helpful & friendly responses to all inquiries. Had some groceries delivered ahead of time & they put them in the fridge. TVs in every room with signed in accounts for easy access. Great and safe location. Will stay here again.

Excellent location- spacious room- really responsive. We got upgraded a nicer room, it was really relaxing. After leaving the property, we left some jackets behind and the owner got in touch with us quickly and we managed to get back to the hotel and pick up the items before we left the area. Super friendly and helpful management.

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. The lofts are extremely roomy, immaculately clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and fresh clean tiles were provided daily. Lots of lil added touches, ie: a digital board with recommended places to visit, sight see and to eat. A comfy throw is provided for relaxing while watching tv and an old school record player with albums are in every loft. Beal street and most of attractions are within walking distance. From some of the lofts you can even see the Lorraine Hotel. The host lives on the property and was always available, even to assist with items pertaining to our vacation that were not related to our hotel stay. Ahmad was an excellent host and my family and I will be returning.
