"Location was good if you like to walk or take ride share. Construction/renovations of rooms so noisy during the day but not awful and they kept everything clean. Staff wasn’t very personable but there if you needed them. Breakfast was not that great. I’m not sure what they were doing with their scrambled eggs and sausage had to walk away from it. Probably wouldn’t stay again but was ok for a couple nights"

"I was injured on my stay and recieved a nasty cut across my knuckle due to poor design in the hallways and exposed metal and almost severing my knuckle from my finger. Bled all over the hotel, lost a whole night of doing things and going out. Was impossible to find anyone to help me, spent $50 on medical supplies. Their solution was to offer me less than 1 nights stay worth of a refund and 10% on my next stay. Will not be staying here again. Also impossile to contact anyone if you have issues with literally anything. Pool was nice."

"The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, staff was attentive, albeit a few housekeeping mixups that were rectified by management, friendly staff, great lobby restaurant, and great location. I will return there next time I am in Nashville. "

"This property is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants/bars on site. Both have live music. It’s walking distance to Broadway, were there was so much live music, food, and a bit of shopping that it will blow your mind. I love Nashville I love this hotel. It ended up being a hub for my family to meet and have breakfast, late night snacks and drinks. "
