"We are Nashville residents, and stayed (me, spouse, two cats) in this hotel for three days during the winter storm when we lost power at home. Pet friendly hotel, most of the guests were other displaced Nashvillians. Dogs everywhere. The hotel staff were AMAZING. And the hotel waived cancellation fees in view of the emergency, which was a huge stress reducer, allowing people to make reservations for enough days without worrying that they would have to cancel and pay the fee when power came back at home. I strongly recommend this hotel to any Nashville visitor. It's some 3 or 4 blocks from Broadway. Plenty of options for anything you want to do."

"I'm a Nashville local and needed somewhere to stay while power was out for most of the downtown neighborhoods due to a bad ice storm. Great location and the room was nice with a full sized fridge and oven so I could cook some meals. Staff were so nice and did a great job of dealing with all the chaos of so many displaced locals and their pets. "

"We came down for a hockey game for my birthday and the hotel was perfect. Took us 6 minutes to walk to the arena, and if the weather had cooperated was right next to the Broadway post game activities. Will definitely be staying here again next time. "
