Really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was great and basically empty, which was perfect. The gym looked really nice too, although I didn’t end up using it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. The only downside was that there was very little room for personal items in the shower, and I wish there were more places to hang towels. Otherwise, no complaints! Great location too …about a 10-minute walk to Broadway and we felt safe walking there. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was Nicely located near Broadway st. The guy checking us wasn’t the friendliest nor did he tell us where anything located! Roma were clean, we didn’t eat any food or have drinks at the bar! The pool area was nice once we found it!

I can honestly say I don’t know I would stay at this Hilton again other than great location to Broadway and very spacious room. It started at check-in. There was a large group checking in as well as another man in line that needed his room key reprogrammed there was only one person working at the front desk. Eventually, another lady came out from a back office, but said she needed to login so by the time the other group and gentlemen were helped, she reluctantly was going to check us in, but we were already at the other gentlemen at the desk. The room was spacious and clean, but upon arriving back at our room the first day we did not have enough towels, so I called down and they said they only offer housekeeping every five days which left us with over full garbages, not enough towels no refreshed coffee supplies, etc. We tried to order room service for breakfast the first morning and it just rang busy so I called the front desk and they let me know that they no longer offer room service even though it’s listed in their offerings as an amenity and it’s still on all of their phones. The one restaurant that offers breakfast in the hotel closed at 10am and the other restaurant opened at 11am and did not offer breakfast so we ended up ordering lunch from the restaurant downstairs and just went downstairs and picked it up. So not huge issues but definitely not a great look for a Hilton property. Plus be prepared for $100 per night for incidentals.

The room was clean, we ran late checking out about an hour but they didn’t come to the door rushing us so we really appreciated that because we were so hungover! Staff was friendly and nice toiletries filled daily! Beautiful rooftop pool and wonderful bartender Nikki at the pool! We loved her! The hotel was about a 10 min walk to broadway not bad about 3 blocks! Overall a wonderful stay!

One of the nicest hotel/motels i’ve stayed in. Only 5 minute walk from broadway. Perfect Location! Only complaint is the AC unit was a little noisy other than that, perfect stay!

Everything was great, when we first arrived the lights didn't work in our room and we called down and instantly, they sent someone up and it was fixed. The only thing i didn't like was that they charge you $37 to use the bar at the pool and you cant bring outside food or drinks, so you're basically forced to use the bar. But they charge you to use the bar, but they didn't tell us we thought it was the tip automatically. Added, but the waitress that it wasn't, so we had a tip on top of that
