"My Best Friend & I were in Nashville for a one-night stay to attend the Grand Ole Opry Show. I couldn't have chosen a better location. We were greeted by CHAD at check in & HE helped us with the ENTIRE evening!!!! He called the shuttle service to the show, which is extremely convenient for it drops you at the Opry & picks you up with no hassle. There's a $10 charge per person but well worth it!!! CHAD, Entertained Us at the bar before the show & welcomed us back at the bar for a night cap & good food after the show. This Man has THE BEST Customer Relations & Runs the Front Desk Like No Other could possibly Run It!!!! He was working to well in the early am morning then back at it for Breakfast with that famous smile & customer service. Hyatt you are lucky to have CHAD!!!! Should we ever come back to the Opry or Nash, we will Always stay here!!!!!"

"Property was an older property (say 10-15 years old), but was well maintained, very friendly staff, across the street from Gaylord’s Opry House and really close to the Grand old Opry. Would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Nashville."

" I wasn’t so sure about the hotel because it doesn’t have an actual staff other than the cleaning crew and maintenance staff. It’s so well appointed it’s really cool and funky. I love that they have sparkling water and Stillwater on tap. The decorations were cool. it’s not a luxury hotel but it’s fun, unique cool and definitely would stay again. I also like that it’s nowhere near the Broadway bars. "
