"I just wanted to share my experience. Overall, it wasn’t great, and I don’t think I need to go into every detail to explain why. I really wish the customer service had been better. We were honestly disappointed because we were expecting SoundWaves to be the main highlight, but when we arrived, we were simply told it was sold out. There wasn’t any empathy or even an attempt to ask why we were there it just felt very dismissive. That part was especially frustrating. We’ve never had an experience like this before, so it was really disappointing. I hope this can be improved moving forward, because it could have made a big difference in our overall experience.This happened on 4/11/2026.. Terrible experienced!! "

" My stay at the hotel was disappointing. When I first walked into the room assigned to me, it was a handicap-accessible room with a noticeable moldy smell. Upon checking the bathroom, I noticed mold on the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, and the furniture in the room was very old and scuffed up. I reported these issues that same morning. After reporting the concerns, I was moved to another room. While the new room was cleaner, the sink was clogged. At that point, I was extremely tired and frustrated. I was in town for a conference with a full schedule, and it became difficult to continuously address issues with each room. Overall, the experience was stressful and inconvenient. I would not recommend staying here."

"No frills, but very clean and staff seemed very attentive. Decor was okay. Breakfast bar and coffee were mediocre, but fine if you want grab-and-go items. Gym was good and well-maintained. "

"The hotel was dated the bathroom didn’t have a fan and the hot water was tricky, when we arrived our room was over 80 degrees and it took a bit to cool off. There wasn’t any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch "

"Requested a first floor room weeks in advance, was given a third floor room far from elevator. We travel with a small dog this was very inconvenient. Will never stay here again."
