"the room was so small, we could hardly bring our luggage into the room. The room was 95* when we got there and the air barely cooled it off. NOW for the kicker. the room was up against the Freeway. The noise from the trucks, cars, bickers and sirens kept us up all night. I thought for $190 we were getting a better room than that hole in the wall. BAD choice on our part. NEVER again. "

"Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again. "

"We stayed at Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown for 5 nights for pleasure, just my husband and me. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new. That said, as many other reviews mention, the rooms are very tiny — NYC tiny, or like staying in a cruise cabin. For a short stay of a night or two, I would definitely consider coming back because of the great location. But for more than that, I do not think I would stay again, as there was barely enough room for the two of us"
