"Very bad experience. The room had a foul smell and was dirty. The website says pets are free but front desk (after waiting 10 minutes to check in) said I would have to pay $20 for my dog. I referred him to the website. I didn’t pay the $20. In fact, the place was nothing like the pictures and description in its website. Because of the dirty room, I didn’t trust the free “breakfast”. I only ate packaged oat meal and yogurt. Skipping the cereal and white bread. I will take a hard pass on ever staying here again. "

"The room was nice except for the carpet. The HUGE issue we had was we could hear our neighbors talking and doing the nasty…yes!! Twice!! They kept us awake until after 2:00 am so we got very little sleep. The walls are obviously too thin. I have never been subjected to hearing what we heard in the next room."

"My husband and I spend out 30th anniversary at Opryland Hotel where we spent our wedding night. We were treated with attention and compliments from the moment we entered the hotel. We even got a gift bag and a complimentary breakfast. Our visit brought back lots of wonderful memories and we enjoyed exploring all around the vastly larger property that is still expanding. Everything was just perfect, although I would have loved to have seen the dancing waters, but apparently they only run in the summer and at Christmas."
