Very clean, staff was great, they offer snacks and stuff for a quick we bought when we first arrived so we didn’t have to leave. There is a gas station right next door which is nice. This area of Tennessee is completely beautiful and we will definitely be coming back "

"I booked this hotel based on having a kitchen, which it does, however, it has absolutely nothing in it. No dishes, pans, utensils, etc... What is the point? How many people travel with that stuff?"

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and décor up to date. The elevator was out of order - I requested an ADA compliant room, or mobility accessible room....having to lug my gear and suitcase up to the second floor with no elevator wasn't exactly a "plus" - mobility access room in this hotel mean a wider bathroom door and a grab bar in the shower, that's it! No height adjustable shower head, no extra room in the bathroom"
