"We had a great overnight stay! Was able to do an early check after 12, free of charge! ( just had to double check with hotel staff for availability) Great place for a short trip!"

"Stayed here while in Cookeville and overall it was just okay. The room floor was noticeably dirty, which isn’t a great first impression. Check-in was also a bit frustrating—the system seemed outdated and had trouble processing my card, which slowed things down more than expected. The property itself feels worn and could definitely use some updates. You can tell it’s seen a lot of use over the years. That said, there aren’t a ton of hotel options in the area, so it gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep. Just go in with realistic expectations."

"The sheets were old and stained, I also found lots of hairs in the bathroom and bedding. The staff was nice but the room was poorly cleaned"

"Bed was nice. Upon arrival Sheets were very wrinkly so felt like they’d been slept in. Bathroom floor felt unclean because of its age. Would NOT get in hot tub or pool for anything!! - only carpet and comforter felt updated. Everything else felt old and in need of some TLC. Breakfast ok. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my particular trip which needed an early check in and check out - they went out of their way to make sure I had a room cleaned and ready very quickly and gave me instructions on how to check out at a very unusual time. All I can say is that a lot of Hotel staffs could learn a lot from this staff how to make customers feel welcome!! Plenty of storage- plenty of Hot Water - AC worked well as did the appliances!!!"
