"I wished there were four laundry machines in the room. Later in our stay, one or two washers were out of order, so we had to wait a long time to wash our clothes. And the room’s lights make the room so hot. I didn’t like that."

"The room was larger than what we expected. Shower is great. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet on the last day and wished we took advantage of it earlier. Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again."

"Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend."
