Staffs were always very friendly. Also very convenient to have an underground passage connection all the way to the JR and subway."

The hotel is 2 stations away from Susukino and 1 station away from Odori Park. There are many selection for the breakfast. Toiletries - get it at the lobby. No free drinking water They do daily room cleaning. Very near to Sapporo station."
