Very good and courteous staff and clean room. Since we had no vehicle, there was a bit of a walk to restaurants, but the sound of the crashing waves each day and night made it worthwhile.

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
The resort was beautiful and very clean. However I did not appreciate the everyday resort fees, resort tax and the automatic gratuity placed when ever we ordered food & drinks. I would never stay here again nor recommend this place. All inclusive resorts for zus here on out.
