The rooms are amazing - a bedroom, a sitting room with a kitchenette, a shower & toilet - everything one needs to stay and enjoy one's holiday. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Guys at the reseception are gorgeous :-) There is a bar, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna & a steam room, a gym! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Yumbo Centre where the night life is full of entertainment and fun.

This hotel gave us a great holiday experience from the initial check in right up to the departure day. The Margaritas is spotlessly clean, the staff are all very friendly and very helpful and happy to ensure your stay is memorable. All the facilities are well maintained and all areas are safe and clean, The Hotels dining room is beautifully presented and the food is first class with a wide variety on offer. The location and generally restful ambience of this hotel makes it our favourite place to stay in this resort. Staff are caring, friendly and professional. We feel genuinely welcome. The Neptuno is a relatively small hotel with an over 18s policy. The hotel is very gay friendly though has a very mixed clientele by age, orientation and nationality. Many people book a similar week each year to meet up with friends they have made at the hotel.

We arrived late and although the reception was closed and locked there was an intercom where a member of staff came to check us in - easy and efficient. The place was clean.
