From our very first arrival at your hotel, myself, husband and son truly had a wonderful experience. We could not fault a thing. Made to feel so welcome by your friendly staff, rooms spotlessly clean and the tastiest food to cater for every palate. The beach, was well within walking distance with plenty to see and do. Definitely our 2015 Gran Canaria holiday staying at Hotel Riu Palmeras will always be remembered! A tear in my eye was when I left to go home.

From arrival, the reception staff, the cleaning, restaurant,bar staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, hot food was hot. No shortage of anything, and free bus down to the beach was ver welcoming as the hotel sits high up. Would definitely recommend.

I chose this hotel based on previous visitor reviews and I am glad that I did.
The hotel itself is lovely but even more important is the fact that all the staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast catered for all tastes and the hotel is well situated for local shops and the coast promenade is just around the corner.
The maid service runs like clockwork and the room was clean and comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay and shall without doubt be returning to this hotel.
