When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. Because it isn't on the seafront the location is quiet but you are close enough to the sea (50 metres) to hear the waves. There are so may things to like about this small hotel. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough. The rooms are modern and clean and will appeal to gadget enthusiasts (colour-changing LED lights, built-in bluetooth speakers etc). Great medium sized quiet newish hotel located just above a small coastal village far away from the noise and bustle of the south of the island. A good place to explore the island from, whether by car or on foot. The rooms are clean well appointed and large compared to other hotels. We got a great deal for this all inclusive hotel. reception team were fantastic. lucky to have received upgraded sea view rooms for the 3 rooms we had boooked as a family all close to each other on the first floor. The Labranda website states "Safety deposit boxes are free" with all inclusive however this changed 6 months ago and the website has not been updated. We were given these free of charge as an act of goodwill. We also hired beach towels for €10 each that were returned with the receipt...

The location and generally restful ambience of this hotel makes it our favourite place to stay in this resort. Staff are caring, friendly and professional. We feel genuinely welcome. The Neptuno is a relatively small hotel with an over 18s policy. The hotel is very gay friendly though has a very mixed clientele by age, orientation and nationality. Many people book a similar week each year to meet up with friends they have made at the hotel.
