"We used it for 1 night only. Great breakfast , great location. Rooms are tired and need modernising. Shower over the bath is very old fashioned. Huge balcony, not permitted to smoke , i know thats a personal issue but we dont have this at other properties the the area , and you could smoke on the terrace but the outdoor bar. No smoking around the pool either. We prefer to self cater rather than being bound to a hotel. "

"Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. The buffet food was the best of anywhere I’ve stayed before, but they could do with some more toasting machines at breakfast !….the only small criticism is the towels need replacing and the food at the pool bar was mediocre. Location is excellent for bus station and all amenities, bars and restaurants and the sand dunes !"

"This is an expensive option for a hotel with average rooms. Being kept waiting at reception on every occasion for €400 a night is also not great. The range of buffet food is exceptional and the staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. But the experience was somewhat spoiled by being thrown out of the room by the cleaner on the dot of checkout who despite not knocking and being asked to leave continued to empty bins and strip beds while we collected our things. "

"Hotel is obsessed with charging for everything and in many cases things that ought to be complimentary. Dish washing liquid and cloth €4.5; one coffee pod €1.90; bottle of water €4, etc. The fridge was full of more drink than the usual mini fridge. "
