"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "Muy buenas instalaciones, pero sin aparcamientos, condiciona el poder moverte libremente, Mala comunicación desde el personal de Recepción, muy apática, rozando lo antipático. Se nos comunica el último día que tenemos que abandonar del complejo a las 12:00, sin poder disfrutar más tiempo en ellas, en otros hoteles hemos hecho el check out, Y pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones hasta el cierre de éstas.
