"Overall good stay…. Dining staff was good …, overall bar staff was great except few of them…. Not too friendly."

"Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel."

"Very clean, cool view of the boat docks, lovely deck, great shower. No AC but they offer a portable unit rented separately per day. Great location and overall great for the price."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"
