"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent.
Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch).
My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated.
Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Decent selection of TV channels in various languages.

"A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay"
