"The hotel is designed excellently with the idea of less space and more comfort, nevertheless there are pods for couples as well. Interior of the pods have all basic facilities with comfortable technology. One can peacefully sleep inside the pod on a high quality bed. Common showers are also clean and well fitted.
Hope you guys will continue the same quality in the future as well and we will always encourage you. At last let me point out one thing, in my view reception area should be more...

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and

I loved the hotel, it's facilities and in general the excellent customer service. Breakfast and dinner buffets are acceptable but it could be better, few options and not really variety.

After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip!
I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.
