"The room was big but, the floor was filthy. I wiped up some water that fell on the floor and the paper was black. That floor had not been mopped in weeks. The sofa bed had crumbs all over the it and the mattress was all springs and full of stains. Absolutely disgusting. The furniture in the room looked like they got it from a dumpster, The breakfast was okay. If the room would have been clean and the sofa bed in decent condition it would have been so much better. I guess you get what you pay for. My mistake, never again."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Cute dog park. Good breakfast. Staff were personable and friendly. Pet friendly. "

"The room is old and tired, although the bed was comfy. The living room furniture was decrepit, we had to sit on the edge of the couch because the cushions just sank and the coffee table was about to fall apart, literally. Kitchen area was good and the unit had a washer and dryer. The outdoor recreation areas seemed really nice, we didn’t use it because we came back late. But we did walk around and the pool and hot tub looked nice. The grilling area was good and had two fire tables ,no gas tanks, but it was a warm evening. There is an outdoor game area, covered but open on one side, it had pool, a tv, ping pong and for hole. There was music piped in thru the whole area, just a nice background sound. All the ponds had waterfalls, although about half were not working at the time. Check-in was a breeze and the young lady at the desk was great."

"Pool view. fridge didn't work, ac loud, lock on poolside didn't work, mildew smelling room…switched rooms. Still old and nasty tiny bathroom shower. Absolutely no accommodation or late checkout allowed for bad experience."

"The $5 shuttle, per person, was very useful to get to the Welcome Center in Old Town. Rooms are simple yet clean. Our second time and would go back again. Choice has just bought the property so it is looking more commercial than it did with private owners."

"Fine hotel for a quick stay. Beds are nice, tv was wonky, and there isn't a breakfast available f During the week but there is a restaurant onsite. We couldn't find an elevator so, be sure to get a room on the 1st floor if you have mobility issues. "

"Staff a mixed experience, some very good espec valet parking people. Some eg checkin rather aloof. Outside rooms noisy. Tip: don't go for a premium room, for peace and quiet ask for inside view, but not of the pool. Bar friendly, breakfasts good food"
