Room wasn’t available until 630pm, tv and remote didn’t work , front. Staff was friendly. Just not an overall great experience when you drive hours to get there check in is at 4pm and you have to sit around for 2.5 hrs for a room you are getting charge for but they overbooked so no rooms available at the time.

This is a nice hotel and clean, but when I checked the lady that checked us in didn't give us any information she just had me the key to the room didn't even let me know the room number. Everyone else seemed nice though. The show had no hot water, it was only luke warm when turn all the way to hot. I think I would try a different hotel the next time.
