"This hotel was the perfect place to stay! My husband and I appreciated how accommodating the staff was with our early arrival. They also provided us with breakfast to go both mornings we were there since our tour and then flight out the next day meant we were missing the breakfast buffet. "We loved the Hotel Had everything we needed. The only wee things we noticed were dirty windows, but we understand the magnitude of cleaning them and that CHCH has a lot of construction happening around the CBD. There were threads where carpet had frayed between the carpet and bathroom. That area is quite hard on feet, but the complementary slippers helped. We loved how central it was, very accessible, friendly and helpful Staff. All the personal touches were really appreciated. 10/10 overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "
