"When we arrived, the desk clerk, who was very kind and engaging, gave us a list of restaurants that might interest us and she had several beverage and snacks that we could enjoy - that's a very good way to get return customers. Our stay was very pleasant, as well."

"Not enough staff at restaurants. Normal buffet was undergoing changes, so this combination caused considerable waiting time for patrons. Although front dest staff was knowledgeble and friendly, they did not offer information without being asked specific questions. The casino situation is what really dropped the rating, since the staff was not friendly and bar tenders did not seem to want to help you. the complimentary drinks are on a timer or something, so if two one person starts playing and, leaves and another person starts playing, the second person doesn't get complimentary service."

"This is a top class hotel which has been recently renovated with new everything including beautiful modern bathrooms with walk in showers that are amazing. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and considerate. The bar was beautiful and classy. The restaurant had a gorgeous dining room with the option to dine on the new outdoor covered patio. A large second dining or banquet room is very nice too. The free continental breakfast was good but would be nice if it had a waffle maker even though toaster waffles are available along with cereal and English muffins. Overall we loved this high class vintage hotel in beautiful downtown There was an abundance of off street parking in the newly paved lot. This hotel is conveniently located in beautiful downtown historic Fredonia about 10 minutes from Lake Erie and we will definitely stay there again."

"I am the traveler that will check in late have a snack, fall asleep, wake up the next morning, shower and leave. Excellent hotel for such a stay given the price. Very competitive for the market place. Also, for those bikers out there they allow overnight bike parking under the well lit awning outside of the main entrance. That is a plus!"
