A fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel in an amazing city. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. River view suite was absolutely amazing. It made our stay perfect. The view of the river was wonderful. Thank you Erica for making this happen. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Beautifully clean room. Thank you to all.

Nice hotel - water bottles are not replenished daily. When asked for more water, I was told you have to buy them at $6 a bottle.

Great room, staff, amenities. Very happy with my stay

First class Chicago property

The room itself was clean and tidy and importantly nice and quiet despite its downtown location. The bathroom was a little worn in relation to the shower but it did the job fine. The cafe on site is useful if you want a quick snack. I didn’t manage to eat at the restaurant as it is not open all...

Fantastic hotel in great location, excellent facilities, good choice at breakfast and accommodating, friendly staff makes it a wonderful overall experience.

Great location in the River North. Incredibly welcoming staff, with spacious and clean rooms, definitely recommend Kinzie Hotel when in Chicago!
