Despite your website promoting high-speed, reliable WIFI, it was entirely unavailable during my stay. This was particularly problematic, as I required a stable connection for online meetings and work tasks. I reached out to the staff for assistance but received no viable solutions. When I approached the front desk to discuss my concerns, the staff offered no remedies, further adding to my frustration."
