"The hotel was quaint and cozy stepping inside. The interior was very outdated. It was quiet. No major issues except breakfast was very cheap. You filled out a form of food you wanted (very limited) and you pick up your bag at the front desk in the morning."

They gave us 2 queen beds and no couch. we paid extra for couch. the next day I talked to the front desk & they said since we booked through you, this was the best they could do and no refund on extra charges & in order to get the room we booked we would have needed to book through Best Western."
