"Great"

"We recently stayed at this beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya and overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process with Armando was smooth and welcoming, he was friendly, efficient, and very courteous. He went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs, which made a great first impression. Thank you Expedia for the welcome packet left in our room and for the pass to the neon foam party. This was one of the biggest highlights. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The entertainment team was fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun to the resort. The area that could use improvement is the dining and bar service. While the buffet food itself was decent, there was no food variety. With a little more focus in this area, the overall experience would be exceptional. Despite that, we’re happy with our stay and would consider returning in the future."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. I love that we had the premium experience so we had our own premium lounge to check in and really good service by everyone. Other than an extra really small bottle of sparkling champagne in the room, though there weren’t really many perks of this option. We enjoyed the oceanfront bedroom. It was super spacious bathroom and shower. We’re a good size. The pools are awesome. The staff was awesome. Lots of dining options. No complaints I would travel here again."

"I love traveling to this resort. The Staff is like family to us and we love them all. They always go above and beyond. If i could critique anything about this resort is the food. I am lucky on this trip, we stayed in the Royal Level with excellent food choices. Outside of the royal level the food seems to be consistent but also the same flavors and quality throughout. The food is made for the masses and quality suffers due to this. "
