The hotel is brilliant because the staff are the most helpful people you will ever meet and the facilities were all clean and user friendly.

Contacted hotel and emailed request for Shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport (6 euros pp) they emailed all the necessary info to me regarding meeting point at airport. Check in great, went straight to our rooms. Was able to purchase travel passes at hotel (40 euros for 3 days pp on all modes of transport, we maxed then out and went over to several islands on the vaporetto) and they provided timetable information. This hotel should be rated higher! The room was very good value .. very spacious and well designed with the traveller in mind cupboards and storage wise, with a fridge and safe in the room. With windows that actually Opened We loved the green lighting in shower and bed was very comfy. We ate in the on site Fox restaurant .. very good burger and chips and good size salad Great wine list Opening times were great for late arrivals. Very close to Tram and bus stop literally behind the hotel....

We booked El Avit to avoid Venice prices after reading Trip Advisor reviews. Reception staff were most helpful in advising us and issuing bus and boat tickets. Buffet breakfast was generous and they didn't rush you out if you came down late. Room very comfortable, quiet and thoroughly cleaned every day. Note from previous comments - air conditioning turns itself off if you open the windows and do not disturb card is in the folder in the bedroom. All together an excellent week.

The room was fantastic with an air conditioner and we could adjust the temperature to our liking. There is a shuttle bus service but is only seasonal, which was a bit disappointing. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. We had an excellent relaxing break in this lovely hotel, made special by the excellent service of the staff. We could spend time watching the boats on the lagoon from the windows of our room. The small lounge was a nice touch and we were made very comfortable when we collected our luggage on the afternoon of departure with time to rest and a cup of tea. Perfect location lovely hotel

Excellent location to explore the city. Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very good with excellent service from the staff on duty there. All in all a good find and would definitely return there on our next visit to Venice.

This is a fabulous, small hotel, right in the centre of Venice. Despite being really close to the Rialto Bridge, it's an oasis of calm, and the owner and his staff couldn't have done more to make us welcome. Our room was elegant and comfortable, overlooking the small terrace and the Grand Canal beyond. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

Hotels in a great location with close transport links to venice city, and only 10 minutes walk to lido beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very comortable, good selection on breakfast. At the top of the hotel there is a triple deck roof terrace with fantastic views. I would highly recommend.

Hotel Dei Dragomani never disappoints a true gem near to St Marks Square, surrounded by restaurants. The room itself newly decorated with everything you may need. Looking forward to see you again.

An impressive suite with great facilities and excellent hosts! The location is great. It's only a short walk to San Marco square, Arsenale water bus station is even closer for a short journey to the beach (Lido) and there are restaurants and convenience stores within seconds. The Royal suite is very spacious with a spa bath, shower/Turkish spa and a private sauna. A lovely cosy hotel which is about a 30 second walk to San Marcos square. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast perfect for that get up and go and the staff always keen to help

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..
