We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome.

It is ideally situated not far from the train, bus, and water taxi stations but far enough away for a quiet, and peaceful stay. Staff friendly and Breakfast very good. We kept away from the tourist spots at night when looking for an evening meal. We walked around the back streets near by where we found numerous nice places to eat.

The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff are very friendly and polite.. The placement of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quiet peaceful street, the hotel also gave us all the information we needed and arranged a free tour of the glass factory with free transportation! The hotel and gorgeous food and cocktails, the room was stunning and very comfortable I would deffinatly stay there again!

Breakfast was good, room was lovely!
Only negative about our stay was a very noisy bar close to the hotel, music was very loud until around 11pm - this is no criticism of the hotel itself and noise was manageable with earplugs despite me being a very light sleeper.
Location is perfect and we would stay here again

Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff.
