"Room was basic but very clean with a fridge and a safe. A large firm comfy bed. Just what we wanted for a no frills stay. They had a breakfast buffet with coffee, juices, herbal and normal tea, croissants ham, cheese yogurt cereals and fruit. The staff were very friendly and on site free parking was a bonus. Far enough from the airport and close to busses."

"The friendly staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean. Also, the maids did a fantastic job in maintaining the room, ny making sure the room was nice and clean with soap and toilet paper being replenished accordingly."

"Very clean room, helpful and pleasant staff, near the tram and bus stops, quiet area. Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person). If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it."

The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay"
