"In a quiet yet great location off the Rialto water bus stop this is a beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and the room we had was more than perfect."

"I'd recommend this property if travelling to Venice, the room was large, clean and tidy room, very well located to travel around! We had a late check-in around 12.30am - 1am, make sure you let the property know when you arrive, but expect to wait and there isn't a breakfast even though the picture shows one."

"Great place to stay !!!"

"It was a great location, close to everything but still on the quieter side of town. Staff were super friendly and efficient at time of check-in and the AC was amazing!"

"The grand-canal front room was exceptionally located… All, on-line registration, was difficult to navigate."

"Beautiful property and great location."

"Nice and helpful staff, room was nice and clean."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect! The location was ideally located. The staff was incredibly helpful with directions and making transportation arrangements. Breakfast was delicious. We greatly appreciated the cool AC!"

"The room was very clean and nice. The AC blew cold and we had zero issues with the room. The location is really convenient. It's located close to the train station. It is close to a busy street but tucked away so it's very quiet. There is a grocery store and lots of restaurants in the area. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave us recommendations for things to do and how to plan our trip."
