Excellent room and stay
The lady that welcomed us was so friendly and kind. The room was supplied with everything we needed. She even has a refrigerator stocked with water, wine, soda, juice boxes etc… and has snacks and coffees on the counter. The room is located in a great spot, within walking distance to everything Venice has to offer. We would stay here again and be excited for when we came back!

The property had everything I needed as noted in the listing. A couple of things could use some attention but nothing that would deter me from fully recommending this property. The staff were great and they did their utmost to accommodate my last minute booking. Right off the canal, close to restaurants and vaporetto stops but far enough so you aren’t bothered by noise. Very responsive with my questions and made me feel very welcome. I would without question stay with them again when in Venice.
