"I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks. I did not sleep well. If the bed had been comfortable, I would have loved everything about this hotel. I had a good dinner in the dining room, and in the morning, a nice, full breakfast. The staff were gracias, and the lobby was lovely. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus (8€) to the airport, making it easy to relax the evening and morning before my flight."

"There was no WORKING plug for USB or USC (get it together guys!). But besides that it was a really perfect stay. Shuttle to / from airport is €20 through the hotel. Cheaper than a regular taxi. You can hear a little traffic, we had some white noise on which drowned it out but to have space, some grass and a pool so near the busier city was a great option daily. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast staff were so lovely and everyone really helpful. You can see the bus stop from reception desk and it’s a 2 stop /€3 hop into the city. Perfect! Esp with kids."
