Clean rooms, the staff were fantastic especially Griselda at reception who checked us in and took care of our check-out as well always had a nice smile. Want to give a shout-out the girl who was taking care of the guest B/fast, she ensured the counter ways replenished and the tables were cleaned asap when the guest left, wi-fi was great. Location of hotel is great for public transportation to get to Venice.

Hotel is clean modern and conveniently located right across the train station. One stop away from Venice. Disappoint with their advertised laundry service that actually is not available on Saturday or sundays. Also, They have breakfast available for a fee ( not included in the hotel fee).
