"Here’s a draft for your negative review: --- “Shockingly small and wildly overpriced” ★☆☆☆☆ I regret booking this place. The room is unbelievably tiny — barely enough space to turn around. It contains only two bunk beds and a little sink. That’s it. And here’s the kicker: that sink is the ONLY sink in the entire room. There is no sink in the bathroom. None. You have to wash your hands or brush your teeth in the same tiny sink next to the bunks. When I raised concerns, the management simply said they “rent the beds, not the room.” Fine, but at $160 per night — per night! — for just a couple of bunks and no proper bathroom sink, this is an absolute rip-off. London has many expensive options, but this feels like a hostel pretending to be something else. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else."

"Stayed for 10 days in May. Clean modern tastefully furnished hotel. Very nice exterior, which is usually a good sign of the interior. Excellent stay, excellent service, nothing to complain about. Everything was up to standard. Great value for money. It's been a while finding a place like this. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Nice clean room (101) & bathroom with shower and ac. Quiet place (good sound proofing) overlooking pretty hotel garden. There was a self-service coffee machine serving fresh coffee (from beans) freely available at all times of the day. All staff were very friendly, helpful and discreet. Only a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants and underground stations. Would come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."
