Travelling on the early morning flight from Logan airport to the UK makes this a very useful place to stay the night before. The hotel is linked by the Sky Walkway to Terminals A and E (I was using Terminal E), so there's never any waiting around for a shuttle - you simply walk to the terminal under cover - useful exercise before sitting through a transatlantic flight ! Charming place with lots of lovely gestures from staff to make us feel welcome. The room did not look like a hotel room but a perfect guest room in a New England home.

Oliver who greeted us and checked us in was very accommodating, efficient and friendly. He is an asset to your company. All staff around the food and drinks area on floor 4 were amazing.

Our stay at this hotel was for our 40th wedding anniversary. The front desk staff were amazing.The building was the old custom house and is one of Boston's oldest buildings and due to the narrowness of the building there are only 4 suites from floor 4 to 19. My husband is in a wheelchair and can only walk a few steps with a walking frame or elbow crutches. The room we were allocated due to my not advising the hotel of my husband's disabilities, was not suitable as it had a narrow passageway...

The Newbury is everything a five star hotel should be. Beautiful building, well appointed rooms, immaculate service, and the best location in Boston - with fabulous views across the park and the shops of Newbury street just yards away.
