"Honestly didn't expect much going in, but this place won me over pretty quickly. Rooms were bigger than I anticipated, everything was clean, and the whole experience just felt comfortable and easy. The staff really made the difference though. Everyone was helpful, but Tyreke at the front desk was a standout - super friendly and genuinely went out of his way to be informative. That kind of hospitality is hard to come by and doesn't go unnoticed. Didn't make it to the pool or the Splash Bar this time but saw other guests getting good use out of both — definitely on the list for next time. Would come back without hesitation. Solid value all around."

"The property was very nice clean and well maintained the breakfast had plenty of options and when we checked in David at the front desk was so friendly and nice. We really had an enjoyable time."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I will start with the pros: the room did look nice, and it is as pictured online. The pros end there. CONS: The shower door does not completely close and the floor gets drenched. I had to fold a washcloth enough times to shove in the gap to keep it closed and that barely worked. The shower was visibly dirty when we arrived, the walls had marks on them and the bed had loose bits of stuff on it, like the sheets were washed with something dirty. The TV only had Youtube and the volume did not work at all, when asked the woman (who was very kind) at the front desk said they were all broken in every room. Overall, I will not be back. They are still actively renovating and putting stuff up, and it was an overall bad experience. They should have finished all renovations before opening. I did not eat the breakfast, but I cannot imagine it would have been good."

"Overall good, however the building is an older building. Rooms were good, but the beds were older, the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was mildew in the shower, the door didnt close well and the pressure was very light. The buffer was convenient, but you can pay the same amount inside the park. Excellent location and they offer shuttles to Universal theme parks which was a huge plus. Overall, if you're looking for a great location and a convenient stay, this is the hotel for you. If you're expecting "hilton" quality, this might not be the hotel for you. We'd definitely come back for the convenience to be close to the parks. "
