What a gem of a place! Our bedroom was really tastefully furnished with a cute veranda outside. We knew we would be arriving late so a self check in was available and perfect for us. Breakfast was gorgeous and the lady who prepared it was super friendly. The area around is so quiet and just a stone's throw from the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely B&B :)

Great hotel in excellent area. Staff were fantastic. Big shout out to the owner for helping us sort Alamo with our car issues. Definitely recommend this hotel and if we are ever back in this area I would book this hotel. Thank you x

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!

We had some initial mishaps with the booking of our room (make sure you request a room on the higher floor levels so that you get a view - we had a view of the car park at first which we were disappointed with, especially as we had paid more for a bath next to the window to celebrate my 30th birthday). However the Ludlow team managed to move us to a beautiful room on the 18th floor with a balcony, huge bathroom and lounge area. Really nice hotel with a pleasant roof terrace and great staff; the free coffee all day was a nice touch as were the free croissants first thing. Lots of interesting food options nearby - iconic dining at: The Roxy; Bubby’s and Katz Diner were all only a short walk away. There are good transport connections via the nearby subway station and it sits in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood on the border between Chinatown and Little Italy.

Fan place, nice rooms and great games area

This is an excellent, well run boutique hotel in a great area of NYC....but the overwhelming win here is the staff who cannot do enough to help - Gabby at the front desk and Gabriella at breakfast are amazing as are all the staff. This is how you do service - great job !! Rooms are typical NYC size, clean and well kept with all the essentials. Bed is super comfy (particularly for my old back) We will definitely be back.
