"Only stayed because of a competition in the ballroom. Parking lot and elevators were an issue. The room was outdated and dirty. Beds were stained and uncomfortable. Restaurant was mediocre and expensive."

"Rooms are outdated. A lot of items were broken and should be replaced. The air vent made a noise all night and took a whole day just to get to 67 degrees. The temperature outside was below 40 degrees. Staff was not helpful at all and Expedia could not get in touch with them. The pictures are very deceiving. "

"Overall the room was nice. However, I requested a shower accessible when booking and instead got a standard which was awkward for me. In addition, I requested a 5am wake up call that never happened. Thankfully, I woke up early on my own. "

"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "
