"We stayed for just one night, the property was clean and just what we needed for one night. When we arrived and got settled in, soon learned that the on site restaurant was not open and wasn’t given a reason why. Fortunately, we found good food close by. "

"Our experience was terrible from the moment we walked through the door. The front desk staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and came across as rude during check-in. We had booked four rooms, and one of them had a door that would not lock at all. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told, “If we can find you another room, we’ll call.” No immediate solution was offered, which meant we couldn’t safely leave our belongings in that room. We ended up moving everything into another room and placing items in front of the door just so that person would hear if someone tried to enter. On top of that, there was a VERY strong odor throughout the facility. Even the “non-smoking” rooms had a noticeable smoke smell, and there were yellow stains that appeared to be from smoking. Between the rude service, the security issue with the room door, and the overall condition of the hotel, it was a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay."

"I had an excellent experience staying at Asbury Ocean Club hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made the start of my stay very pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring everything remained spotless throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the hotel’s atmosphere and overall service quality. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return in the future."

"The staff and location are lit, just a 1 minute to 2 minute walk to boardwalk. Hotel itself feels like 2002 though. TV only capable. Sick porch esp if u smoke. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated. There were mold stains on the ceiling in the room along with huge dust cobwebs in the corners. The walls are super thin. When I booked it stated the free breakfast included bacon and eggs etc and all they had was packaged pastries which were disgusting, hard boiled eggs, fruits and a little bit of cereal with a waffle maker"
